REQUEST AREA WORKAROUND:

 

When using the “Update Status” Screen – do not enter either the entire request area or even enough of the request area that it will auto-fill it – this will cause the update to hang.

 

Enter just enough to force the application to search the request areas then select the desired request area from the list and then press tab.

Example:

            New Request Area:

                        TCCSA.Student.Supp - Will auto fill with TCCSA.Student.Support and hang

 

                        TCCSA.Stu - Will provide a list of all matching TCCSA.Stu request areas,

Select the desire request area by clicking on it and press the tab   key

 

 

ATTACHMENTS – CONFIGURATION:

 

1.  Open IE Options (tools > internet options)

 

2.  Click on the "security tab" and select the “trusted sites" zone and select the "custom level" button.

 

3.  Scroll down to "downloads" and under the section "automatic prompting for file downloads" select "enabled" and save the changes.

 

4.  Add the following two sites to the "trusted sites":

5.  Restart IE
